WCSRN Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee shall have the responsibility -

  1. To review, help prioritize and make suggestions on plans for the future of the WCSRN.

  2. To provide liaison to the RI Board of Directors, RF Board of Trustees and the RI and RF Staff on items relevant to the success and progress of the WCSRN.
  3. To help provide continuity of Rotary's Humanitarian Aid Programs through their contacts with present and future leadership of Rotary and the RI/RF staffs.
  4. Of assuring that the Advisory Committee include three successive RI President?s appointed WCS Task Force and/or Committee Chairs for purposes of continuity.

The Advisory Committee consists of:

  • Chairman - Irving J. Brown - RF Trustee, Past VP of RI, Past Vice Chairman of the WCSRN Pilot Project
  • Clifford L. Dochterman - Past President of RI, Past Chairman of RF Trustees
  • John Eberhard - Director of RI
  • William G. B. Gant - Past Director of RI, Chairman of the RI WCS Committee, 2003-04
  • Edgar C. Hatcher, Jr. - Past Director of RI, Past Chairman of the WCSRN Pilot Project
  • Gary C. K. Huang - Past VP of RI, Chairman of the RI WCS Committee, 2002-03
  • Robert S. Scott - Past VP of RI, Chairman of the RI WCS Task Force, 2001-02

WCSRN Operations Committee

The function of the WCSRN Operations Committee is to organize and make available the information and human resources of Rotary and other organizations to provide support to Rotary Clubs and Districts in planning and executing Humanitarian Aid projects.
